For an ad man like myself it’s a revelation. And a delightful read. Sutherland is brilliant and witty.
Terrific book on how people think. I've studied behavioral finance, and this gives a new and amazing perspective on how people think on a non-linear/non-rational basis. The Audible version is hysterical, with Rory narrating. Read it, listen to it, and you'll be astonished.
